  • TERRITORIO: il Tè Nero Keemun, noto come tè rosso in Cina, è prodotto nelle contee di Qimen e Dongshi, nella provincia dell’Anhui. Questo territorio, con il suo clima umido e il terreno fertile, è ideale per la coltivazione di tè nero di qualità straordinaria.
  • PIANTA: ottenuto dalle foglie e germogli della pianta Camellia sinensis, provenienti da piantagioni locali come “Zhu Ye” e “Qimes”, il tè Keemun si distingue per la qualità e l’attenzione dedicate alla selezione e alla lavorazione delle foglie.
  • RACCOLTA E LAVAORAZIONE: le foglie sottili e uniformi vengono raccolte a mano e sottoposte a fermentazione, appassimento ed essiccazione ad alta temperatura. Questa lavorazione artigianale conferisce al Keemun il suo aroma complesso e il gusto morbido e persistente.
  • CARATTERISTICHE: il Keemun offre un aroma ricco e floreale, con note fruttate e un tocco affumicato. Il gusto è morbido, equilibrato e avvolgente, con un retrogusto delicatamente dolce che persiste a lungo. Le foglie scure e sottili ne sottolineano la lavorazione di alta qualità.
  • PREPARAZIONE: per il metodo orientale Gong Fu Cha, utilizza 5 grammi di foglie in un Gaiwan da 150 ml con acqua a 90°C, infondendo per 10-15 secondi e aumentando gradualmente i tempi.
