These are nozzles for High Flow applications
Bondtech CHT nozzles split the filament into 3 thinner strands allowing to melt the material from within. In doing so, the material melts faster and higher flow rates can be used.
A Nickel coating is applied to our Coated Brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel coated nozzles have more corrosion resistance and lower coefficient of friction, which allows slicker feeding of material and delays plastic adhesion to the nozzle's surface.

Microswiss and Bondtech have partnered to bring the High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This new nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically designed to enhance the filament flow rate.
Plated with Non-stick Composite Additive TwinClad XT Plating
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec.
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers.
The FlowTech CHT nozzle is compatible with all FlowTech hotend models

Questo ugello è realizzato in acciaio al tungsteno temprato di primaria importanza, con un tempo di utilizzo di lunga durata rispetto al normale ugello in ottone. La durezza è superiore a HRC50 può ridurre l'abrasione all'interno e all'esterno dell'ugello durante la stampa a lungo.
La temperatura massima potrebbe raggiungere 450 ℃, adatta per la stampa 3D ad alta temperatura, materiale compatibile da PLA, ABS a fibra di carbonio.
L'ugello mantiene la temperatura stabile durante la stampa e lascia fuoriuscire il filamento in modo uniforme, creando un elemento della stampante più perfetto rispetto al normale ugello in metallo. Anche con una maggiore velocità di stampa con la stessa precisione di stampa. Non facile da intasare durante la stampa, facile da pulire.
I nostri ugelli si adattano alla stampante 3D serie E3 e alla stampante 3D serie CR-10, MK8 Prusa I3, compatibile con tutte le stampanti 3D PLA ABS da 1.75 mm.
Realizzato con tornio automatico di precisione CNC di centraggio e tecnologia di formatura una tantum, assicurarsi che i fori di ingresso e di uscita siano concentrici e che l'interno dell'ugello sia liscio senza sbavature.
