Cambia gli ugelli della tua stampante 3D in meno di 60 secondi senza strumenti o spremitura a caldo, basta usare le dita! Se riesci a svitare un tubetto di dentifricio, puoi usare un bocchino Revo. Basta avvitare uno a qualsiasi lato freddo di Revo e sei pronto per la stampa 3D.
Sperimenta liberamente. Con uno scambio di ugelli così semplice, puoi sperimentare dimensioni degli ugelli che potresti non aver mai usato prima. Configura la tua stampante 3D per larghezze di estrusione ultrasottili o ultra-larghe in pochissimo tempo. Stampa oggetti di grandi dimensioni in meno tempo o oggetti di piccole dimensioni ad alta risoluzione.
Nessuna frustrazione. Ogni ugello Revo è un ugello preassemblato e HeatBreak in un'unità, quindi non vi è alcun pericoloso serraggio a caldo e nessuna possibilità di montaggio improprio. Dì addio alle frustranti perdite di HotEnd e goditi una stampa 3D affidabile!
Identificazione rapida. Identifica le dimensioni degli ugelli a colpo d'occhio, grazie a una calza in silicone codificata a colori. Inoltre, ogni ugello Revo ha le sue dimensioni incise con numeri di facile lettura, quindi non ci sono marcatori di identificazione confusi da imparare!
Una gamma in espansione. Siamo pronti a realizzare ugelli RapidChange di qualsiasi dimensione. Attualmente, abbiamo ugelli in ottone in 0,15 mm, 0,25 mm, 0,4 mm, 0,6 mm e 0,8 mm, con molti altri ugelli compatibili da seguire in seguito. Using our patent pending internal nozzle geometry first developed for Revo High Flow, we've managed to increase the volumetric flow rate of the hotend by 60%! That means you can expect more reliable and consistent extrusion at the same speeds or bump up the volumetric flow rate limit in the slicer to utilise the motion systems' capabilities fully.
E3D has applied their E3DLC coating to the nozzle and heater block, adding even more abrasive resistance for all your fibre-filled fun and a non-stick protective layer to prevent plastic build-up on the Nozzle.
