Extrudr BioFusion è una nuova generazione di speciali materiali biobasieri, sviluppati per designer e maker. Oltre all'esclusiva sensazione metallica, BioFusion è meccanicamente più resistente rispetto al PLA o PETG, quindi può essere utilizzato anche per parti meccaniche. BioFusion ha una maggiore resistenza alla temperatura fino a 75 °C. Stampabile come PLA. In questo modo si possono ottenere risultati eccezionali anche con poca esperienza.

La serie extrudr TPU Flex è stata sviluppata per applicazioni industriali. La resistenza chimica - spesso necessaria nell"ambiente meccanico - è una caratteristica importante di questa serie. I diversi gradi di durezza consentono diverse applicazioni. Il TPU medio è il "tuttofare" tra i filamenti in TPU. Con una durezza Shore di A98, combina le caratteristiche di "TPU soft" e "TPU hard" ed è il filamento per un gran numero di applicazioni diverse.
Velocità di stampa 60-80 mm/s, temperatura di stampa 190-230 °C
Letto riscaldato: 0-90 °C. A seconda della stampante, può essere stampato anche senza letto riscaldato.
Shrinking molto basso. Normalmente non richiede una camera di stampa chiusa e temperata.

The Extrudr TPU Flex line with different degrees of hardness has been developed mainly for industrial applications. The chemical resistance, which prevails in the machine environment, was taken into consideration. TPU hard is designed for very high mechanical and thermal applications. With excellent mechanical properties coupled with a very high thermal resistance (up to 137°C). A Shore hardness of D58 provides the necessary stability.

Extrudr BDP Greentec Pro Carbon Filamento, colore nero, 1,75 mm con fibra di carbonio/fibra per sollecitazioni meccaniche ancora più elevate
Il filamento Extrudr BDP Greentec Pro è un nuovo filamento a base di legno e quindi biodegradabile al 100% e mantiene la forma fino a 160 C. È l'ingresso nel futuro senza terra. Vantaggi aggiuntivi: Warping signitivamente ridotto rispetto ad altri filamenti (di solito non è necessario un letto riscaldato). Può essere stampato con temperature hotend notevolmente inferiori ed è comunque molto più stente rispetto al PLA!
