Materiale e design: design e produzione del marchio BNN, studio speciale per produrre belle forme di pasta garantendo al contempo una velocità di estrusione ottimale.
Dopo l'uso, rimuovere immediatamente dalla macchina e rimuovere quanta più pasta possibile all'interno. Immergere il disco in acqua per lunghe ore per ammorbidire l'impasto che rimane all'interno delle forme. Quindi pulire con una spazzola o un getto d'acqua. Rinnovare l'operazione se necessario. Non lasciare asciugare l'impasto, perché potrebbe rompere l'interno dello stampo durante la pulizia.
Precauzioni d'uso: da utilizzare con impasto ben inumidito e ben impastato, raccomandiamo un livello di umidità del 40% e un tempo di impasto da 6 a 9 minuti con tempo di riposo.
Non siamo responsabili per l'uso improprio o pasta inadatta, troppo secca o troppo dura, che romperà il disco o altererà il funzionamento della macchina. Ciò è dovuto all'elevata pressione dell'estrusione e alla forma sottile e/o complessa del disco.
Ricetta consigliata: 250gr semola di grano duro fine panzan, 95ml acqua, impastare 3 volte consecutive (importante) e poi estrusione. Tagliare con oggetto affilato in modo da non schiacciare le figure.
